NASIMS<\/a> is an acronym for – National Social Investment Management System. As of 2018, more than 297,000 people had received it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The federal government also created the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Program, a government program on the NASIMS Portal. This program provides financial support and training to entrepreneurs and small businesses at the bottom of the economic pyramid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The government offers low-cost microlending for economically vulnerable youths, women, and agricultural workers under this program. The government uses this program to help develop this sector, which has previously been low-productive. The dropout rate in Nigeria is currently at more than 30%. This is often due to poverty. This program addresses the most basic needs of children at school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The federal government also has established a link between the program and local supply chains in order to provide some social support to the residents.
